Eggshell 51% blended biomass resin pellets

Utilizing discarded eggshells effectively by mixing them into resin. This can reduce petroleum-based resins and help suppress carbon dioxide emissions.

Eggshells produced from mayonnaise manufacturing, bread making, and confectionery factories are mostly disposed of as waste. We have effectively utilized these discarded eggshells by washing and finely grinding them with our unique technology, and then compounded them with 51% thermoplastic resin to create pellets. If it is an injection molded product, it can be shaped just like conventional resins. For everyday products, there are no issues with strength. Companies committed to eco-friendliness and sustainability are encouraged to consider this.

For the future of children. Environmentally conscious "MIRAIWOOD".

Molded materials made from wood. ~From a resource that will someday run out to a resource that nurtures the future~

To preserve our society for the long term, we have developed sustainable environmental materials from discarded waste wood. In addition to upcycling waste materials, these sustainable materials can also be recycled. In the future, we will work on creating a system for collection and recycling. Benefits of Upcycling: 1. Reduces waste 2. Utilizes materials 3. Reduces petroleum plastics By replacing petroleum components with biomass materials, we have reduced petroleum components by over 70% (by weight comparison) compared to the same weight of plastic. We have achieved a high biomass content of 73.3% with standard specifications. Stable, high-quality injection molding is also possible. 85% of the volume consists of wood powder, achieving over 73.3% biomass (plant-derived) content by weight. We have also obtained official biomass 70 certification. Efforts to Reduce Costs: Unfortunately, compared to petroleum plastics that are produced and consumed in large quantities, the current manufacturing costs are very high. There are opinions that continuing to use resources dependent on overseas supply is more cost-effective.
